Diet rejuvenating

Rejuvenating Diet


A diet designed for 3-4 days. eve better to abandonhearty dinner, and snacks with something easy. Better if it is vegetable or fruit salad, two cups of nonfat yogurt or a small portion of stewed vegetables.


Of the products you want carrots, apples, dried apricots, prunes, lemon juice and honey . Carrots and apples , grated on a fine grater, mix with chopped dried fruit, honey and juice of a lemon . Within a few days to eat this fruit and vegetable mixture, while excluding from their diet other foods. Also, remember at the time of such beverages as coffee, tea, cocoa, which should be replaced by a simple drinking water or mineral water without gas. After three days, you can enter in your diet stewed vegetables, fruits and nuts. On the fifth day, you can proceed to the daily diet, observing moderation in consumption of sugary and fatty foods.


This diet will be most effective if its conduct periodically, at intervals of 2-3 weeks.
