Mediterranean diet or a cocktail of Aphrodite

Perhaps you can kill two birds with one stone - get rid of boring fat belt , and at the same time to strengthen hair, nails, teeth, and improve skin quality.


Many of the diet , (if not most) of burning those extra pounds, burn, and our health, performance and energy by reducing the proportion of mineral nutrients entering the body. Worrying about one thing, we put at risk more. Therefore, compromise is the marine diet of Aphrodite , successfully compensates for the lack of vitamins, fats and carbohydrates, trace elements and minerals.


The main components of the diet : fish and seafood, vegetables, olive oil, a little lean meat and a glass of wine.


What is so beautiful Mediterranean sea diet?

In addition, fish is rich in minerals, proteins, fats, vitamins A, B2, B12, PP, D, E. Here is a sample menu of Aphrodite:


For breakfast, vegetable salad (cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, beans) with olive oil and herbs, a slice of corn bread meal. Fruit.


At lunch seafood salad (calamari, mussels, shrimp, seaweed). Side dish - boiled cauliflower or broccoli, beans, olives. Can be a glass of dry red wine.
